For this blog, propose a website you would design, thinking about what we have learned designing websites in class.   As you propose a write-up of your website, please answer the following questions:

(1)What is your website about? What is its purpose?  Who are the different readers (primary, secondary, and tertiary).

(2) Does your website contain any of the social contexts----(PEPE).

(3) Summarize what your website would look like?  For example, you could talk about the home page or the content found on the other pages.

For this blog, you are to discuss how you would organize a group, assuming the role as the group leader. This post is based on the discussion and readings found in Chapter 3.   For this blog, you will need to answer the following questions:

(1) Think about what type of project you and your team will develop.  Is it based on technology? A product?  Documentation? Be specific.

(2) How will define team member responsibilities? 

(3) How will make efforts to coordinate schedules with the other members?

(4) What steps would you take if you had to fire a team member?

Spring 2018: Blog I

For the first blog, please define what technical writing is.  Think about the ideas in Chapter 1 and answer these questions:

(1) What can a technical writer expect to do in his or her profession?

(2) What career opportunities exist for technical writers?

(3) What distinguishes technical writing from other writing genres?
