Fall 2020: Blog I

 

You have just bought a product from an online vendor.   Upon receiving the product, you notice a defect.  You decide to look over the vendor’s return policy.  Much to your chagrin, it appears to be missing.  So, you decide to send the vendor an email for a refund.   Please follow the instructions below for your first 2020 prompt:
Answer these three questions:
1.  Please provide a brief narrative for this product.  What did you buy and what was wrong with it?
2.  Please name your product’s context of use.

3.  Who would be the primary, secondary, and tertiary reader of this email?

Below, write a brief email explaining the defect and asking for a resolution. (Remember, politeness counts).
