faulty product. The product is up to you. I will be looking for the
following things in this blog-letter:
1. Two addresses written in the format discussed in class (Do not forget examples were provided in the Week I files in Canvas).
2. A formal greeting ending with a colon.
3. Two fully developed paragraphs where you discuss the problem and demand some recompense.
4. A closing with your name appearing below.
