  1. Employee Complaint Email
To: Resource Inc Staff, Resource Inc. Clients
    Subject: Employee Complaint

    Dear Staff,
I am disappointed to announce a customer complaint about John Davids lack of hospitality skills towards a individual earlier. John worked for our company for five years and has climbed the ladder and developed excellence which has caught me off guard as of why there is a customer whom is requesting to speak to a manager about attitude and tone given to them. This is rare because John Davids is one of our most hard working team members and is good-spirited in the work place. As a team I believe we must improve our communication skills and tone towards all individuals in the work space because it's professional to speak with positive tone and professional language. We need to possess an excellent record of customer relations and provide a great experience to our customers because people do not forget what they have encountered.

If we increase our communication skills and be patient with our customers we will gain a good reputation and that is the goal when operating any company. Customers are anticipating respect and understanding when you are apart of hospitality. I really hope all of you critique anything that has room for improvement. I request every one of you to join a meeting on Thursday @ 5 p.m. I will be addressing all of this in greater depth and I want you all to collide and practice your speaking and communication skills. Your energy, tone, and voice have such a great impact on the audiences reaction. Remember all of you have so many effective and constructive qualities, but we can not have this reoccur in the same manner. This should be a learning lesson that if we are experiencing our own bad day or hard feelings about something we should breathe or exclude ourselves from the situation and strep out and recommend someone different. Continue making us proud at Grisini Coffee Coffee.

    Thank you.

    Regards,

    Gabrielle DiNanno
    Manager of Grisini Coffee
