Blog II: Fall
For the second blog, you are to write about your future profession. Similar to the interview exercise, you will discuss the needs and qualifications of the job you want after college. Please answer the following questions in paragraph form (do not just list these in your blog).
(1) What will be your occupation?
(2) How many years of school will you need? Also, does your job require any certificates?
(3) Does the job fit your financial needs?
(4) Why did you pick this profession? What about it interests you?
Please write two full paragraphs. Avoid bullets and lists. Think of this as a mini-essay on your future career choice. Good luck!

Blog I: Fall 2017
We discussed the different parts of technical writing and how it affects society. For this blog, please write two full paragraphs on the following topic: Name an example of technical writing that you used. Remember, technical writing is about taking action. To help you better with this first blog post, I have included three questions you need to answer:
(1) What was the document and what did it get you do?
(2)Discuss the intended audience for this document. Also, what do you think the skill level was? Were the instructions written clearly?
(3) How might you improve the instruction? Could any part of the instruction been better explained? Does the document involve any ethical concerns?
You may use pictures to illustrate your discussion. You do not have to worry about citing the image(s) at this time.
Another possible idea for you: The instructions do not have to be print. You can use an instructional video from a website like YouTube.
Good luck!
